Integr8 IT, South Africa’s largest privately owned national BEE ICT network integration and infrastructure management specialist, is a finalist in five categories at the annual Microsoft Partner Program Awards scheduled to take place in August in Durban.
The South African-based global managed services provider will compete against a host of Microsoft Partners vying for recognition within a range of categories at a ceremony to take place at the Durban Convention Centre on 07 August 2009.

These categories include: Customer Experience Initiative, Advanced Infrastructure Solutions Competency, Information Worker Solutions Competency, Network Infrastructure Solutions Competency and Security Solutions Competency.

As indicative in their official titles, these awards are established to identify and recognise strength and competency within Microsoft’s portfolio of direct-to-market services.

Integr8 IT is a Certified Gold Partner and has a proud track record of accomplishment with Microsoft technology support, application and integration both domestically and abroad.

In 2008 the company was the winner of the Microsoft Network Infrastructure Solutions Award and Best Customer Experience Award, and also claimed victory as Microsoft Gold Partner of the Year in 2004.

In the past, Integr8 IT has also won the Security Partner of the Year for Middle-East, Africa, and Eastern Europe.

“We are very proud of our accomplishment as an official Certified Gold Partner and we believe we have made significant inroads into local and international marketplaces. This recognition goes a long way to further establishing Integr8 IT as a market leader,” says Robert Sussman, joint CEO at Integr8 IT.

“Our company values our strategic relationship with Microsoft, and we are honoured, once again, to be finalists in so many Microsoft award categories’’ adds Lance Fanaroff, join CEO at Integr8 IT.

But, as Sussman points out, finalists will be eyeing out top prizes and the automatic benefits bestowed to winners including ongoing publicity and joint PR opportunity throughout the year following the award presentation.

“We are confident that we have met the strict criteria associated with these prestigious awards and that, ultimately, they enhance and reaffirm our commitment to service delivery and the transfer of benefit housed within Microsoft technology as vendors and distributors continue to leverage off cloud computing, software as a service and virtualisation,” he adds.
