Integr8 IT, South Africa’s largest privately owned national BEE ICT network integration and infrastructure management specialist, has partnered with On-Site Training, a privately-owned national Proudly South African

provider of comprehensive training services, to facilitate the provision of specialist technology training services as part of its managed services portfolio.

The ICT managed services, infrastructure integration and management company confirmed its formal relationship with the training house recently and has now put in place a framework for the delivery of technical training services to its client base.

“We have always placed a premium on the acquisition and retention of the highest levels of technical skills and related product knowledge. The growth and maturity of the information, communication technology sector and the continued impact of managed services within the industry has reinforced our impetus as a services company and we are in a position to immediately assist those clients who require in-depth, specialist training on advanced technical infrastructure and solutions,” says Robert Sussman, CEO at Integr8 IT.

“This is a complimentary situation through which we add our developed infrastructure integration and management skills with the availability and relevance of onsite training, provided by our partner,” he adds.

Integr8 IT has entrenched its value as a top tier service provider and is widely recognised for its status as a Microsoft Gold Certified partner, which has reinforced its managed services delivery model and value as a technology services partner to international markets.

This is where Integr8 IT and On-Site Training find common ground.

Richard Rayne, managing director at On-Site Training, says that Microsoft as a Certified Partner for Learning Solutions and ISETT SETA accreditation is indicative of a training provider’s capacity, level of commitment to training quality and adherence to internationally established and recognised standards.

“So there is synergy in terms of commitment to service, having the necessary accreditation and expertise on board. Our role is to reinforce and assist service providers within the competitive arena that is managed services provision to ensure their clients are competent in using the software products they have invested in and to maintain a high standard of productivity amongst their employees.

According to Rayne training provider accreditation is what really counts in the market – and the Channel sees value in certification and affiliation to established ICT focused vendors.

Furthermore the market places an even greater premium on cost saving and education that can deliver immediate value, that places the learner/ organization or business in an automatic advantageous position simply through the investment in training.

“We have noticed an increase in the request for training on specific technologies from service providers who are fulfilling a request by their clients. It makes sense that partnerships like we have in place with Integr8 IT would add value to the market and address any needs that may occur. Integr8 IT is a highly professional, organized unit that has a proven track record in service and delivery of managed IT services. We believe training will add measurable value to this exemplary level of service,” adds Rayne.
