Integr8’s CSI programmes operate across the breadth of our business. This is managed independently by the Integr8 Foundation.
Through these programmes, we give expression to our responsibilities as a corporate citizen not only to deliver value to shareholders and clients, but also to adhere to a code of ethical conduct; to provide a fair workplace for employees; and to ensure that we operate as sustainably as possible.
Our concerns are primarily to ensure that previously disadvantaged people have access to adequate shelter, education and care.
The need for giving in this country is enormous, the resources finite. With the best will in the world, the Integr8 Foundation is able to assist in limited projects, for a small number of organizations.
